Digital workshop of an automobile manufacturing in Shanghai
In an automotive manufacturing plant, the more automated equipment there is, the greater the equipment maintenance workload. The factory's overhead crane has no remote monitoring function, and the maintenance work of overhead crane equipment is time-consuming and laborious.
We use industrial-grade integrated client bridge with bandwidth up to 5.8G 300Mbps and POE template to realize wireless application in open environment, and at the same time realize data interaction between ground equipment & vehidle and overhead crane, and centralize data management in operation and maintenance platform to realize real-time monitoring of crane status and ensure timely and efficient completion of equipment maintenance.
