Intellicrane Thyristor Magnetic Controller
TMC is a digital magnetic controller, which is based on modern thyristor control technology and embedded software and hardware technology. It provides variable DC power for the electromagnetic disk by controlling the on-off and conduction angle of the thyristor in three-phase rectification circuit, to realize the control of electromagnetic magnetic disk suction, discharge and magnetic force control.

    TMC has the function of inversion of electromagnetic disk, when the electromagnetic disk is discharged (i.e. electromagnetic disk is demagnetized), the inductive energy stored in the coil of electromagnetic disk can be fed back to the power grid through BCM device, which can effectively reduce the heating trend and power consumption of electromagnetic disk under the premise of ensuring the reliable suction of electromagnetic disk, and can save more than 20% energy compared with similar products.
    By adjusting the parameters, the control performance can be optimized to fully ensure working efficiency of the electromagnetic disk, save energy and reduce consumption.
